Thoroughly cleaned floors are coated with a high performance urethane to eliminate porosity and permanently protect the flooring material. This urethane is extremely chemical-resistant, long-wearing, easily cleaned, and doesn’t require any special maintenance. The coating will last 3-5+ years before recoating.
